For immediate appointments, we can seamlessly integrate with your scheduling system for a small fee of £25.50. Alternatively, we can arrange for your team to contact the patient within 24 hours, giving you maximum flexibility and control. We capture valuable patient information including email addresses, allowing you to build stronger relationships and execute effective marketing campaigns in the future.

We also specialise in contacting patients who previously had a hearing test but didn't purchase hearing aids. We'll enquire about their current hearing health, offer an updated assessment, and explore how their needs may have changed. This is a valuable opportunity to recapture lost sales and provide exceptional patient care.

Our transparent pricing is £2.50 per record contacted, or £3 if you require us to directly update your CRM system. This nominal fee covers all contact attempts, including successful conversations, declined appointments, incorrect numbers, and deceased individuals – ensuring you only pay for genuine effort.
