We asked SAS to help us out when we needed to suddenly increase our hearing aid pathway activity, and a significant part of that pathway is carried out remotely via telephone. We met with Ayesha who immediately impressed us with her commitment to high quality work, adaptability and her company’s values, which matched ours. SAS also impressed us with how quickly they learnt our processes and patient management system (Auditbase).
We had great feedback from clinicians on the quality of their work, from patients who interacted with them, and from our administrative staff who managed the process.

We have been engaging the services of SAS for about the last six months. We are a small, independent practice - family run - and to have this partnership has hugely benefited our business. As a family, we are now able to take short breaks away from the business knowing that our existing and potential new patients are in safe and knowledgeable hands. Every single one of the members of the SAS team is extremely knowledgeable in the very specific workings of an audiology practice. Furthermore, having them logged into our patient management system means that upon the return to business we don’t have a huge backlog of admin. I can highly recommend Ayesha and her team. They take all our calls and emails and messages and book straight into our clinic. It’s like employing 3 reception staff for the price of half of one but also no sick pay or holiday pay or pension pay etc etc. you pay for 5 days cover a week but they also deal with all your weekend requests on a Monday. Every person is answered or called back immediately. They have a landline local to you so people see a local number and answer as your staff. They are always friendly and professional and help clients in all sorts of ways with ear queries or even if they are lost. They have a whats app group chat with you so can communicate anything quickly and you can share your forms etc.I was going under with the amount of work from calls etc and emails and they have taken all that worry and pressure away.
